Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy

You may provide your name, email address, company name (optional), and the contents of your message through website forms. Your message may include other personal data you choose to provide.

The website uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect its forms. The integration sends Google a verification token and, when available, the IP address to validate the request. Google Analytics is enabled only after you accept analytics; if enabled, it receives website usage events.

If you use the Gaia chat, the website server receives your message and the conversation history sent by the interface to select a predefined reply in the chosen language; this feature does not use an external artificial intelligence provider.

When rate limiting is configured in the environment, Upstash Redis receives an identifier that includes the IP address to limit requests and records related technical events. The active environment configuration and data retention must be confirmed.

We process form data to receive, answer, and follow up on your inquiry. We use reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated or abusive submissions. Gaia processes the message and submitted history to select a predefined reply. Optional analytics is used only if you accept it. Where applicable law requires prior authorization, we will request it when collecting the data. Publishing this policy or browsing the website does not replace that authorization.

The following services support the website functions described here:

• EmailJS: receives the form fields needed to transmit your inquiry.
• Google reCAPTCHA: validates forms to help prevent abuse; a verification token and, when available, the requester’s IP address are transmitted.
• Google Analytics: receives website usage events only if you accept analytics.
• Gaia: processes the message and history through a website route to return predefined replies; this feature does not use an external artificial intelligence provider.
• Upstash Redis: if rate limiting is configured in the environment, it receives an IP-based identifier and records technical request events to operate that limit. The active configuration and retention must be confirmed.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or a competent authority.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or updating of your data, proof of authorization where applicable, deletion, or withdrawal of authorization. ProTechVital may request the minimum information needed to verify your identity.

Inquiry messages are transmitted through EmailJS for delivery. The corporate website does not store them in its own database; EmailJS and the receiving mailbox may process or retain them according to the applicable settings. Gaia processes the message and history to select a reply, and the website endpoint does not store conversation content in its own database. The hosting infrastructure may generate technical logs. If Upstash Redis is configured, it retains the IP-based identifier and technical rate-limit events according to the service settings. Retention periods for EmailJS, the mailbox, hosting, and Redis depend on their configurations and must be confirmed for the active services. You may request deletion by writing to privacidad@protechvitalsolutions.com, unless applicable law requires retention. The corporate website forms do not create user accounts; this policy does not claim that other applications provide an account deletion feature.

Requests from the website to Google reCAPTCHA and EmailJS use HTTPS connections. This statement is limited to those communications; additional controls and log handling by the hosting infrastructure and providers depend on their settings. No system can guarantee absolute security.

The website does not ask visitors for their age. A message you choose to send may include a minor’s personal data; before including it, ensure that you have the required authorization and legal basis. If a minor’s data was submitted by mistake, contact privacidad@protechvitalsolutions.com.

The website stores the consent choice and visual theme preference in the browser’s local storage; that storage is not, by itself, a cookie. Google Analytics is enabled only if you accept analytics. Google reCAPTCHA may load to protect forms even if you decline analytics. The banner lets you save an explicit choice; continued browsing is not treated as acceptance.
